With England wrapping up a test series victory against Sri Lanka earlier this week, I sat down with Bethan Moorcraft and Glen Williams to discuss the first two tests and look ahead to the rest of the summer.
We discuss whether England have really been that good with the ball or whether it is conditions and a brittle Sri Lankan bating line up that have allowed England to clinch the series.
We also debate selection for the final test and try to work out where Alastair Cook sits in the pantheon of English batsmen after his 10,000th Test run.
Then turning our attention further forward, we give our thoughts on the upcoming ODI series and hope for more of a spectacle from the visiting Sri Lankans.
Finally, we look ahead to the the 4-test series against Pakistan later this summer, in what is ultimately expected to be a tougher outing for England’s test stars.
